WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

BadAss-Switches LLC, will only honor a return on a damaged switch box that has been reported within 24 hours of the products delivery. If the customer is not 100% satisfied with our product you must inform BadAss Switches LLC, within five days of receiving the product for a refund less thirty five percent restocking fee plus shipping cost. In order to receive a refund there must not be any alterations made to the box. The switch box must not have been installed on your vehicle. BadAss- Switches LLC, will not be liable for illegal or misuse of the switch box. The product is a patent pending product Badass Switches LLC, is the sole owner of this patent. The switches on the switch box will only be warranted for 30 days from the five day grace period.  Please report any problems with our product to  richard@badass-switches.com.
