The Wire that is not part of the Wire Loom is a ground wire.
The Badass switch box should be installed by a licensed professional.
Assembly and Sanding is required. If you are making modifications to the box you can use Auto body filler to repair the box.
The grill can be Glued in with any glue made for plastic. The arrow on the grill means up.
